In order to change and form new habits, our plans are made for a four week period. However you can sign up for five days if you wish to try the plan and see if it works for you.
Our main branch is in Al Aman and we have a cloud kitchen in MBZ.
Yes, you can order and collect from our branch if you prefer.
Inform us 30 hours in advance to request for your plan to be frozen; the remaining days will be held until your return. (The maximum period to hold is three months).
